Capabilities
K.E. Simmons Entertainment LLC coordinates government and commercial service contracts through qualified subcontractors.
On an award, KES holds the contract and is responsible for the coordination and administration of the requirement: reviewing the scope, sourcing and coordinating the vendors and subcontractors the work calls for, managing the schedule, keeping the documentation and quality-control records, and closing the project out.

02Operating model
Who actually does the work
A pass-through takes a requirement in and forwards it out. That is not this model. KES holds the requirement — the scope, the selection of vendors, the schedule, the checks, the records and the closeout remain the company’s responsibility for the life of the engagement.
Specialized, licensed, regulated or equipment-heavy work is performed by qualified subcontractors and service providers selected according to the requirements of each contract — not by KES directly.
03Requirements that apply
What a contract may require
Each area below is set by the contract, the site or the agency — not by KES, and not by a template. Requirements vary by contract and are reviewed before project execution.
- 01
Certificates of insurance
Insurance requirements are set by the contract, not by this page. Where a contract requires cover, the parties provide certificates of insurance and they are reviewed before work starts. Which cover, which limits and whose policy applies all come from the requirements of that contract.
- 02
Subcontractor documentation
The documentation a subcontractor or vendor has to provide — company details, references, certificates, licences — is listed when the work is sourced and collected before the engagement begins. Holding that paperwork together is part of the project record KES keeps and hands over at closeout.
- 03
Licences and certifications
Where work is licensed or certified — electrical, fire-protection, specialised installation, transportation and similar — the licence or certification is held by the qualified subcontractor or service provider performing that work. Credentials are checked against the requirement before work begins, and are not asserted on another party's behalf.
- 04
Project-specific compliance
Most requirements belong to the project: reporting formats, submittal dates, disposal or sustainability rules, working hours, and local or site rules. Each contract is read for the requirements it carries, and those requirements are applied to that engagement rather than carried over from the last one.
04Honest state
This is the operating model KES applies to an engagement, and how the company intends to work — not a claim of work already delivered.
Registration numbers, classifications and certifications are published only from confirmed values supplied by the owner, and they appear in one place — the register on the About page. What the company has not confirmed is absent rather than blank, and nothing here is a claim of past performance, certifications, licences, insurance, bonding, staffing, facilities or geographic coverage.
05Next step
Contract requirements and teaming requests
Send the requirement, the schedule and the parts of the work that need to be delivered through subcontractors. KES will say plainly what it can coordinate, and where a specialty provider has to be engaged.
Government contract requirements and teaming inquiries reach the company at kiaheem@
Nothing on this page is a claim of past performance, contract history, client names, certifications, licences, insurance, bonding, staffing, facilities or geographic coverage, and no award or result is promised.
