This website is published by K.E. Simmons Entertainment LLC. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, the site is not for you, and the company can be reached by email instead.

Everything here describes how the company works and what it coordinates. Nothing on this site is an offer, a quotation, a bid, a price or a binding commitment. No price is published anywhere on it.

An agreement with the company exists only once both sides have signed one in writing. Nothing else — a form, an email exchange or a phone call — creates one.

No outcome is promised anywhere on this site: not an award, not a contract, not a saving, not a completion date, not a result. Whether a requirement can be met depends on its own terms, and the company says plainly when it cannot meet them.

Submitting the service partner capability form does not guarantee contract work and does not establish a subcontract. It records your firm’s capabilities so they can be considered against a requirement when one arises. The company is not obliged to engage any firm, or to reply to every submission, and no relationship of agency, partnership or employment is created by it.

Submissions and inquiries are not confidential and do not become so by being sent. Do not send commercially sensitive material, pricing you need protected, or anything you are obliged to keep confidential until a written agreement covering it is in place.

Messages sent through this site or by email are kept as business correspondence and handled as described in the privacy policy. If a form tells you your answers could not be saved, they were not saved, and nothing was recorded — the page says so rather than implying it was received.

A company fact is published here only once it has been confirmed, and the owner supplied each of the facts shown. Fields such as registration numbers, certifications, licences, insurance, bonding, headcount, service area, street address and mailing address are left empty rather than estimated or filled with a placeholder.

If you need a detail that is not shown, ask for it by email and the company will answer with what it can verify. Documentation required for a procurement is provided directly, in the form the procurement requires.

Nothing on this website is legal, insurance, tax or financial advice. The Capabilities page describes what contracts commonly require; it does not advise you on your own obligations, cover or liabilities, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

The text and graphics on this site belong to K.E. Simmons Entertainment LLC unless stated otherwise. You may read, print or save a copy for your own use; you may not republish it as another company’s material or present it as a description of another business.

Where this site links to another organisation’s website, that site is not under the company’s control and the company is not responsible for its content, its availability or its privacy practices. Any affiliate or referral link published on this site is labelled as such.

This site is provided as it is. The company does not warrant that it will be available without interruption or free of errors, and it may change or withdraw any part of it.

These terms do not name a governing law, a court, a jurisdiction or a dispute-resolution process. The company has not confirmed those, and it will not publish a legal jurisdiction it cannot stand behind.

For the avoidance of doubt: K.E. Simmons Entertainment LLC is a limited liability company formed in Wyoming with an operating office in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. That is a statement of where the company is formed and where it operates from — it is not a statement that the law of that state governs these terms, that any particular court has jurisdiction, or that the company is licensed or covers any area of service.

When a governing law and jurisdiction are confirmed, they will be stated on this page. Until then, nothing on this site should be read as naming a jurisdiction by implication.

If these terms change, the new version is published on this page with a new date. The date at the top is the version currently in force.
