Become a KES Service Partner

K.E. Simmons Entertainment LLC works with qualified businesses and independent service providers to support government and commercial contract requirements.

01What partnership means here

Subcontractors and service providers, engaged per contract

KES holds the contract and manages it. Specialised, licensed, regulated or equipment-heavy work is performed by qualified subcontractors and service providers selected according to the requirements of each contract.

That means the way in is a record of what your firm does well, kept on file and considered when a requirement matches it. Not a list of approved vendors, not a promise of work.

What KES asks a service partner to show

  • Capability that matches the specific requirement — the trades, services or products you actually perform or supply.
  • Licensing and certification where the work is licensed or certified, held by the firm doing that work.
  • Insurance where the contract requires it; certificates of insurance are reviewed before work starts.
  • Documented experience on comparable work, government or commercial, with your firm's role in it.
  • Capacity for the schedule, and coverage of the territory you say you serve.
  • The documentation a contract calls for, supplied as part of the engagement rather than after it.

Requirements are set by each contract. Nothing on this page is a prequalification, an approval or a commitment to engage a particular firm.

Before you submit

Give the company enough to judge a fit: what you do, where you do it, and what you hold in the way of licences, insurance and experience. Blank answers to the optional questions are fine — they are asked so that a contract which needs them can be matched later, not to screen you out now.

What submitting does — and does not — do

Submitting this form does not guarantee contract work and does not establish a subcontract. It records what your firm can do, so that KES can consider it against the requirements of a contract when one arises.

It is not an offer, not a bid and not a confidential arrangement. Do not send commercially sensitive material through this form until a written agreement covering it is in place.

02Capability form

Tell KES what your firm does

Every field below is the information the company needs to consider your firm against a requirement. Company or trading name, contact name, work email, service categories you provide, and service territory are required. Phone, licensing, certifications and insurance, and relevant past performance are optional and can be left blank.

This is the address the company replies to.

Be specific. It is better to list four things you do well than a list of everything.

Name the area you actually cover — by radius, state or county. Do not include an area you cannot serve.

Leave blank whatever you do not hold. Nothing you enter here is treated as verified until documents are provided, and a certificate of insurance is requested later only if a contract requires it.

Leave blank if you have none. No experience is not an automatic bar to a first engagement.

Submissions are stored in the company’s own database and are not sold, rented or passed to anyone else for marketing. The privacy policy states exactly what is collected and why.

03Where KES needs specialists

The work that goes to a service partner

Licensed trades, electrical work, fire-protection work, specialised installation, transportation and other equipment-heavy or regulated scopes are carried out by qualified subcontractors and service providers engaged for the contract — not by KES directly.

Alongside them, the company coordinates graphics, signage and visual-communications implementation, facility-support projects, relocation and logistics, multi-location deployments and event operations. Vendors in those areas are equally relevant here.

Questions about a specific requirement

If you are asking about a contract, use the contact page and choose the inquiry type that fits — that is where a requirement, a teaming request or a project goes.

Honest state

Nothing here is a claim about KES

This page states no certification, licence, insurance, bonding, registration number, past performance or client of the company, and no result is promised. The capabilities page sets out what a project may require and when it is reviewed.
